Bryce Canyon Photos

May 15, 2010

So I’m working an awesome summer job at Bryce Canyon, UT.  I get to live on site so the canyon is right in my backyard!  It’s so amazingly peacefull up here.  And, better yet, I took some pics!

I shot almost all of the photos from the rim tail, which is at 8,000 feet.

A Different angle of Bryce Canyon.

This one was taken during a two hour horseback ride through the canyon.

This shot was taken from on top of my mule. Yes, the trails really are that narrow.

One of the many Hoodoo rock formations in the canyon.

This was taken from the Navajo Trail. That tree is really very tall.

An interesting night shot I took on my way back to the dorms.

Feel free to use this as a image prompt for creative writing.  Use it to start a story or maybe make the pumpkin come alive somehow.
